Dual-Mode Vacuum Induction Inert Gas Atomization Powder-Making Equipment (QEVGA)
Metal and metal alloy microcrystalline or amorphous spherical powders are prepared using crucible-bottom casting-type vacuum induction melting combined with inert gas atomization. This process is ideal for the research, development, and production of powders made from materials such as high-temperature alloys, special steels, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, and more.
High-Vacuum Diffusion Welding Equipment
Vacuum diffusion welding refers to the process in which, under clean vacuum or high-purity gas protection, atoms at the surfaces of identical or dissimilar materials that are brought into contact with each other disperse and bond together under the combined effects of high temperature and pressure. After a certain period, these atoms diffuse into one another across the interfacial layer, ultimately forming a robust, monolithic joint.
Vacuum Arc Remelting Furnace
In a vacuum environment, the electric arc is generated between the bottom of the consumable electrode (cathode) and the bottom of the crucible (anode). Once the arc forms, it rapidly creates a molten metal pool. The arc-heating zone—located between the electrode's base and the upper surface of the material being melted—is precisely maintained under controlled melting-rate conditions.
