Usage:
This equipment is primarily used for vacuum brazing of stainless steel plate-fin radiators, automotive EGR systems, oil coolers, diamond tools, high-temperature alloys, plate-fin titanium alloy radiators, and other heat-resistant alloys. It is also ideal for welding dissimilar or similar refractory metals such as zirconium, niobium, molybdenum, and tantalum, as well as dissimilar metal joints.
Structural features:
1 The equipment uses either an internal or external circulation cooling system, with heating and cooling processes kept separate.
2 The insulation uses an all-metal shield to ensure the high vacuum level and clean environment required during workpiece brazing.
3. Heating is achieved using a multi-zone temperature control system, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity within the heating zone.
4 The parts offer the advantages of being non-oxidizing, non-polluting, and exhibiting minimal deformation.
