 What are the safe operating procedures for a vacuum double-action pressurized sintering furnace?

Vacuum Dual-Direction Pressurized Sintering Furnace During operation, first start the water pump to ensure proper circulation of water through the medium-frequency power supply, the vacuum furnace induction coil, and the furnace cooling system. Then, adjust the water pressure to the specified level. Next, inspect the vacuum pump's power system, checking whether the belt pulley is properly tensioned and if the vacuum pump oil is positioned at the centerline of the oil-seal observation window. After these checks, manually rotate the vacuum pump’s belt pulley. If no abnormalities are detected, you may proceed to start the vacuum pump—with the butterfly valve still closed. Finally, thoroughly examine the interior of the vacuum furnace. Ensure the furnace is clean and free of debris, verify that the induction coil has excellent insulation, confirm the vacuum sealing tape is soft and properly sized, and check that the lever handle on the furnace body operates smoothly and reliably. Additionally, verify that the rotating Maxwell vacuum gauge meets all required specifications.

This will deactivate the inverter and disconnect the medium-frequency power supply as well as the main power source. Once you observe that the furnace has turned black through the furnace viewing window, first close the vacuum pump butterfly valve and cut off the vacuum pump's power supply. Then, connect tap water to continue cooling the induction coil and the furnace body, before finally stopping the water pump. Please note that if the medium-frequency voltage reaches 750 volts, there is a risk of electric shock.
